My Music 2 — "Beloved Kuan Yin"

Image
The Divine Play of Life. Created via Midjourney for Lars Laursen. 🎶 The song  "Beloved Kuan Yin"  is number 424 in the songbook  Book of Hymns and Songs  by the spiritual organization Church Universal and Triumphant (also known as The Summit Lighthouse ). It forms part of the Chinese bodhisattva Kuan Yin’s  Crystal Rosary . In Eastern spiritual tradition, Kuan Yin holds a sacred role as the intercessor of mercy—comparable to the role of the Virgin Mary in Christianity, offering intercession, healing, and the relieving of karma through the chanting of rosaries. This is a song of deep significance to me. It "rings a bell" within—I feel its resonance. It stirs my soul and evokes something both ancient and new. Sang 424: "Beloved Kuan Yin." 🕊️ Kuan Yin is known for her 36 sacred mantras, which, when recited with devotion, serve to elevate the spirit. They help accelerate the path to liberation, unlocking spiritual gifts and innate abilities. The English ly...

Divinely Inspired Music. Created by Midjourney for Lars Laursen . The Waltz King Johann Strauss’ golden statue in Vienna. Photo by Lars Laursen. 🎼 Through the passage of time, certain music has moved me—sometimes subtly, sometimes profoundly. I wish to share a few of these musical pieces with you, offering you the chance to listen to them yourself. In much of this music, I hear something greater—God. I believe a great deal of music is inspired, especially the kind that resonates with many and touches the human soul. Musicians can be vessels of inspiration. Take for example the classical composers Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, Johann Strauss (represented by the golden statue in the image from Vienna), and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The latter could almost be described as a messenger of music. No doubt, others can be as well. Jon & Vangelis — "I'll Find My Way Home" 🎥  This is a live performance aired on BBC's  Top of the Pops . A visually thematic s...

Reward for Sacred Labour, Trustworthiness – and Let Everyone Keep Up

The German female theoretical physicist Sabine Hossenfelder talks about the state of affairs within the scientific community and so-called "bad science" in a video on her YouTube-channel. Take a look. She even calls physicists and the way research is conducted today corrupt, nonsensical and without integrity. Let's take a look at it and see if there's a way to understand what's going on – and it may well be different from her frustrated point of view. My view on this question Sabine (and others) may be angry about the state of affairs within the physics community today. But there is another way to look at this. Do you know of anything else where the more effort you make, the result is the same?  This means that if 30 people over 30 years gain extraordinary new insights in a field, what will it not be like if 100,000 people work in the same field? Will discoveries happen 3,333 times faster or be 3,333 times more extensive? No, they might be a little more detailed...

Definitive Cure for Tobacco Addiction Found

Image
"Ta-da! We've also quit tobacco and successfully stopped smoking with the help of TABAC!" Photo: Tatiana Vychegzhanina, Ukraine, on Colourbox. For hundreds of years – almost back to the discovery of America – tobacco has been used as a soothing remedy for nervousness, anxiety, and inner turmoil, allowing those afflicted to experience a moment of 15 minutes of tranquility – before they need to take another cigarette and repeat the treatment. For centuries, the tobacco industry has been the supplier of this short-term soothing product for this ailment. But alas, the remedy has never had a permanent effect. The patient has had to continuously consume this medicine to feel well once they started – it is a remedy that creates addiction without solving the real problem, as the patient have to continue taking this remedy hour after hour, day after day, year after year. Researchers within the tobacco industry have been aware of this for decades. In the long run, it becomes expens...

The Diagnoses SUND and RASC 😃🧑🏻‍⚕️🌡️❤️‍🩹🤒🩺

Child Without Diagnosis, CWD . We live in a time when many – especially children – are given diagnoses. Previously, we didn't think of them as sick. Doctors are doing that now, and they are trying to develop and give them medicine, some kind of alternative therapy, or offer them lifestyle changes that enable them to do better. Some people are downright afraid that we are moving towards a future where everyone will have a diagnosis. Some may even be at risk of having the strange, rare and indeterminate diagnosis of CWD ( C hild W ithout D iagnosis ) or MDS ( M issing D iagnosis S yndrome ) attached to them with the uncertainty this may entail . Doctors and therapists will then be left at a loss and powerless, without options or offers for medical treatment for these unusual children. There is a great risk that health professionals and caregivers will have to give up on them, leaving them to their own devices without professional supervision or provision of any kind of treatment. ...
